Shipping policy

Information 

We ship via USPS/UPS, BN Love DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier. Once items are shipped, the carrier accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession. If you have any issues with your order not being delivered, please reach out to the delivery provider.

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are made to order to aide in maintaining freshness. Please allow three to five business days for processing of orders and two to five business days for shipping. If you are placing a bulk order please allow five to seven business days for processing. 

Tracking Your Order

All tracking information will be sent to you via email. Please ensure you enter your emails correctly. If you placed an order and did not receive a tracking email, that could be due to an error in inputting information, please reach out to us so we can assist in getting your order to you! 

Seasonal Shipping 

If you are purchasing during the summer months, we highly suggest using Priority Shipping only. This shipping option will ensure your product gets to you quicker, which could assist in preventing your product from melting in transit.
